Shredded material can build up and block the outlet at the bottom of machine during use. There is a cut-out that prevents the shredder restarting when this happens. To resolve, switch off and disconnect from power supply then use blue screw above controls to open access hatch. Clear out any stuck material with care and then close hatch and fully tighten screw. Press the circular black reset button and the restart using the green button.
