Welcome to the website of Share Haywards Heath (charity number 1203113), a Library of Things. This is a community project that lends out a variety of items, ranging from garden equipment to kitchenware and DIY tools, plus a whole lot more. The idea is based on the sharing economy and is a way to save money and the planet at the same time. Read more on the how it works page.

We are based out of the 1st Lindfield Scout hut on Eastern Road (Lindfield not Haywards Heath, RH16 2LP) and open on Tuesday morning (9.30am to 11am) and Saturday morning (9am to 10am).

You can browse our catalogue of items and once you register as a member (by clicking the 'register' link at the top of the page) you will be able to reserve and borrow items. All items are collected and returned at the Lindfield Scout hut during our opening hours.

A few of our items are not stored at the Scout Hut due to space constraints. If you want to borrow an item where the location is showing as 'offsite' you will need to book it at least 24 hours before you want to collect it so we can arrange to bring it to the scout hut for you to collect.
